Mary Thompson was more than she seemed. She was touted as a staunch anti-gang activist after her teenage son, Beau, got rolled into the 74 Hoover Crips. His involvement with them left him with a record and a stint in a juvenile facility. Mary vowed to keep her son away from that life and encouraged her community to work against it. But when another teenager gives information to police that may jeopardize Beau's freedom, a mother had to step in and stop it. The consequences were deadly.

Dorothea had a hard life from the start. From having abusive if not absent parents to becoming an orphan within a short time. She and her siblings were separated and she was alone in the world. She found herself often following in her mothers footsteps working as a sex worker for money and then drinking it away. Still she wanted more in life and so she opened a boarding house. Nobody thought anything of the staggering number of people who vanished, Dorothea took care of homeless and alcoholics known to fall back into street life more often than not. Until one day a volunteer came looking for one of those homeless men that she had grown attached to. With no answers the police were asked to investigate, what they unearthed would send a grandmotherly figure to prison for the rest of her life.

Jeffrey Guillory may have the lowest body count of the active serial killers in the greater Baton Rouge area in Louisiana, but he is no less a monster. Attacking vulnerable women leaving them to be found each posed in a different way. He may have never been caught if it weren't for the quick wit of his final victim. While being viciously attacked, she plays possum and Jeffrey is tricked. Believing her to be dead, Jeffrey takes off with her bank card in tow, leaving behind an eye witness while creating a usable electronic trail to track him down.

Sean Vincent Gillis was an active serial killer who took a pause briefly allowing Derrick Todd Lee's attention to take over the media. Even more Brutal than Derrick however, he kills vulnerable women with the assistance of zip ties. Though the act of killing isn't the desirable part for him, it's what he does after. From cutting to eating, Sean is a monster in his own right. Only caught after tire tread analysis get police knocking on doors. Once interviewed, he spares no details with the police. He is the butcher of Baton Rouge.
